By Car from New York City (via the George Washington Bridge)
Follow Henry Hudson Parkway heading North towards uptown Manhattan. Take exit 14 for I-95 toward George Washington Bridge. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for George Washington Bridge/I-95 S/New Jersey and merge onto I-95. Merge onto Route 4 W toward Paramus. Follow Route 4 West until you approach the Hackensack Avenue/River Edge exit. Hackensack Avenue will be at the top of the ramp, get into the left lane and at the first light, make a left into the Continental Plaza Complex, go up the ramp and make a left into the free parking lot behind Building 411 (the middle building). Proceed to the Seventh Floor, office is on the left as you exit the elevator.

By Car from New York City (via the Lincoln Tunnel)
Follow the Lincoln Tunnel through to New Jersey, stay straight on Route 495. Take exit for Route 3 West (go past Giants Stadium) then follow signs for Route 17 North. Continue on Route 17 North until you reach the exit for Route 4 East (Garden State Plaza mall will be on your left). Follow Route 4 East until you approach the Hackensack Avenue/River Edge exit. Hackensack Avenue will be at the top of the ramp, get into the left lane and at the first light, make a left into the Continental Plaza Complex, go up the ramp and make a left into the free parking lot behind Building 411 (the middle building). Proceed to the Seventh Floor, office is on the left as you exit the elevator.

By Car from Upstate New York: Follow I-87 South/New York State Thruway S.
Take exit 15 to merge onto Garden State Pkwy South toward New Jersey. Take exit 163 on the left to merge onto Route 17 South. Merge onto Route 4 East via the ramp to Fort Lee/New York. Follow Route 4 East until you approach the Hackensack Avenue/River Edge exit. Hackensack Avenue will be at the top of the ramp, get into the left lane and at the first light, make a left into the Continental Plaza Complex, go up the ramp and make a left into the free parking lot behind Building 411 (the middle building). Proceed to the Seventh Floor, office is on the left as you exit the elevator.

Head on Garden State Pkwy Northbound. Take exit 161 to merge onto Route 4 East toward New York. Follow Route 4 East until you approach the Hackensack Avenue/River Edge Exit. Hackensack Avenue will be at the top of the ramp, get into the left lane and at the first light, make a left into the Continental Plaza Complex, go up the ramp and make a left into the free parking lot behind Building 411 (the middle building). Go over the Tappan Zee Bridge Westbound towards Rockland County. Take Route 287 (W/S) to the Garden State Parkway, South.Take the Southbound Garden State Parkway to Exit 163, which is Route 17 South. Take Route 17 South to Route 4 East until you reach the Hackensack Avenue/River Edge exit. Take the exit and Hackensack Avenue will be at the top of the ramp, get into the left lane and at the first light, make a left into the Continental Plaza Complex, go up the ramp and make a left into the free parking lot behind Building 411 (the middle building). Proceed to the Seventh Floor, office is on the left as you exit the elevator.

Take Route 78 Westbound to Exit 52 (which is the Garden State Parkway). Take exit 161 to merge onto RT-4 West toward Paterson. Follow Route 4 East until you approach the Hackensack Avenue/River Edge Exit. Hackensack Avenue will be at the top of the ramp, get into the left lane and at the first light, make a left into the Continental Plaza Complex, go up the ramp and make a left into the free parking lot behind Building 411 (the middle building). Proceed to the Seventh Floor, office is on the left as you exit the elevator.

By New Jersey Transit Train from New York City (Penn Station)
Take Montclair-Boonton Line heading toward Hackettstown. Get off at Secaucus Junction. Transfer within station to NJ Transit – Pascack Valley Line heading to Spring Valley. Get off at New Bridge Landing. Exit near intersection of Kinderkamack Rd and Grand Avenue. Head east on Grand Ave towards Elizabeth Street. Turn right onto Hackensack Avenue.
