Our firm takes a unique approach to Artist Development, which has become a lost art form in recent years. We work with artists through every phase of their career, from demo to distribution. Our artist-friendly approach is well known throughout the recording industry.

We often begin with an initial consultation, a meeting which provides an overview of the basics of the music business, including recording agreement structures, music publishing, distribution, management, production agreements and any other topic you may have questions about. The purpose of this consultation is to help the artist better prepare for long-term success in the music business.

We review, draft and/or negotiate any agreements that artists are offered including indie or major label recording contracts, studio spec agreements, investor packages, intra-band agreements, agency agreements, publishing, distribution, management, producer and endorsement contracts.

In addition, we advise and file on the artist's behalf all trademark related matters, thus insuring that the artist's all-important branding is secured.

When the time is right, we are a part of the following services:

• Demo/Master "deal" shopping/licensing to all major, indie and foreign labels.
• Arrange "gigs" and/or showcases for A&R representatives and/or Publishing Companies.
• Provide substantial networking with music industry professionals (i.e. producers, engineers, managers, agents, musicians, and others).
