Jill A. Michael

Partner Jill has been a member of the firm since April 1990. In January 2002, Jill was named a partner in the firm. Jill specializes in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating all entertainment-related documents, including recording, music publishing, production, management, and merchandising agreements, master use, as well as synch and mechanical licenses.

Brent M. Davis

Senior Litigation Associate Brent "Giles" Davis earned his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2007, where he served as Acquisitions Editor for the Arts and Entertainment Law Journal. He was also a member of the Trial Team and represented indigent clients in New York County Criminal Court as a participant in the Criminal Defense Clinic. His article, Identity Theft - Tribute Bands, Grand Rights, and Dramatico-Musical Performances, was published in the Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law Journal. Chintan Patel

Associate Chintan Patel earned his J.D. from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Boyd School of Law in 2008. While in law school, Chintan interned in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada under the direction of Honorable Bruce A. Markell. He also held a summer associate position at the law firm of Kaufman, Kaufman & Associates. At Bienstock & Michael, Chintan focuses on patents, trademarks and other areas of intellectual property law.

Tiffany Rex

Tiffany Rex earned her J.D. from New York Law School in 2009, where she was Chair of New York Law School’s Froessel Moot Court Competition. At Bienstock & Michael, Tiffany works primarily in the trademark department, specializing in trademark prosecution and transactional matters relating to trademarks, copyrights, and patents. While in law school, Tiffany was a member of the Moot Court Association.  She competed in Brooklyn Law School’s Dean Jerome Prince Evidence Competition and Pepperdine Law School’s National Entertainment Law Competition.  She was also a member of Phi Alpha Delta. In addition to her position as a law clerk at Bienstock & Michael, during law school Tiffany also interned with the Luzerne County District Attorney’s Office and the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs
