Brad Rothschild earned his J.D. from New England School of Law in 2007, where he was a member of the Entertainment & Sports Law Organization, the Real Property, Probate & Trust Organization, and received Dean’s List honors.

While at New England School of Law, Brad served as a law clerk at Sloane & Walsh, L.L.P., a Boston litigation firm, and Litwin & Tierman, P.C., focusing on commercial litigation and corporate matters. Prior to joining Bienstock & Michael, P.C., Brad practiced in the areas of civil and commercial litigation.

At Bienstock & Michael, Brad focuses primarily on trademark, copyright and general business litigation, as well as transactional work relating to intellectual property and corporate matters.

Prior to law school, Brad worked at McGathy Promotions, Inc., managing the Alternative Division, focusing on artist development and radio promotions. At McGathy Promotions Brad had the opportunity to promote and work with hundreds of artists including Elvis Costello, The White Stripes, Ryan Adams, The Smashing Pumpkins and Death Cab For Cutie. Brad has also worked as a college promotions representative for Elektra Entertainment Group, and as an intern at Universal/Motown Records Group.
