Chintan Patel earned his J.D. from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Boyd School of Law in 2008. While in law school, Chintan interned in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada under the direction of Honorable Bruce A. Markell. He also held a summer associate position at the law firm of Kaufman, Kaufman & Associates.

At Bienstock & Michael, Chintan focuses on patents, trademarks and other areas of intellectual property law.
