Tiffany Rex earned her J.D. from New York Law School in 2009, where she was Chair of New York Law School’s Froessel Moot Court Competition.

At Bienstock & Michael, Tiffany works primarily in the trademark department, specializing in trademark prosecution and transactional matters relating to trademarks, copyrights, and patents.

While in law school, Tiffany was a member of the Moot Court Association.  She competed in Brooklyn Law School’s Dean Jerome Prince Evidence Competition and Pepperdine Law School’s National Entertainment Law Competition.  She was also a member of Phi Alpha Delta.

In addition to her position as a law clerk at Bienstock & Michael, during law school Tiffany also interned with the Luzerne County District Attorney’s Office and the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs
