Daniel Weiss received his JD from Hofstra University School of Law in 2000, where he was Vice President of the Intellectual Property Society and was a member of R.E.A.C.H. (Research, Education & Advocacy to combat homelessness). While in law school, Daniel interned at the Town of North Hempstead Attorney’s Office. After graduation, Daniel worked with several entertainment firms and companies and, in 2002, he started a solo practice, where he represented various artists, producers, managers, companies and individuals.

In addition to his legal practice, Daniel has also booked and promoted shows at the New York venue, Don Hill’s and he held a position in the contracts department at Live Nation, where he worked on contracts for performances at venues such as Irving Plaza, Central Park Summerstage, Radio City Music Hall, Madison Square Garden and others. Daniel is a member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (NARAS).
