| Jeremy B. Kaplan Associate
Jeremy Kaplan earned his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 2005, where he was Treasurer of the International Law Society and participated in the Mediation Clinic.
While in law school, Jeremy served as a legal intern in the Copyright Administration Department at Sony Music Entertainment, Inc., in the Business and Legal Affairs Department at Atlantic Recording Corp., and in the Business and Legal Affairs Department at Razor and Tie Direct, LLC.
At Bienstock & Michael, Jeremy works in the litigation department, specializing in copyright and trademark litigation.
