Lindsay Molnar earned her J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2006, where she was Vice President of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society.

While in law school, Lindsay was one of the founding members of the Valpo Sports Law Clinic, one of the nation’s first sports law clinics. The clinic worked with the United States Olympic Committee Ombudsman on a plan to provide free legal assistance and representation on-site at the 2006 Winter Olympic games in Torino. While at the clinic, Lindsay represented collegiate and high school institutions regarding Title IX compliance, as well as Olympic and amateur athletes in cases involving issues such as NCAA compliance and/or eligibility, and doping.

In addition to her position as a law clerk at Bienstock & Michael, during law school Lindsay also interned with 2Generations/SPA Music Management, SPA Records, and Alternative Venue Entertainment, conducting market research for newly-signed bands.

At Bienstock & Michael, Lindsay practices mainly in the litigation department, concentrating in copyright and trademark litigation. She also participates in the drafting and the negotiations of contractual matters pertaining to the entertainment industry.
