Of Counsel

While engaged in the full-time practice of law, Randall was associated, Of Counsel or a partner of small and large New York law firms including Coudert Brothers, Zeichner, Ellman & Krause and Rich, Krinsly, Dorman & Jacobs, among others. Randall's practice includes commercial litigation in many areas of the law, bankruptcy and Chapter 11 reorganizations, creditor's rights, insolvency, workouts and commercial collections.

While in law school, Rand was a member of its law review, the Temple Law Quarterly.

Randall joined our firm in an Of Counsel capacity in June 2002.
