1) Download, print and complete the Artist Submisson Form, available in either Microsoft Word format or in Adobe PDF format.

2) Mail your press kit, including the Artist Submission Form, to the following address:

3) Approximately four weeks after submitting a press kit to us, please email artist.development AT musicesq.com to confirm that we have received your press kit and have reviewed it. PLEASE DO NOT CALL OUR OFFICE.
